Parenting Youth Survey
 
The Pennsylvania Youth Advisory Board created this survey in order to better determine the experiences of parenting youth in foster care. Answers will be kept confidential and be used by the Board to determine what services are available and what supports could be put in place to improve on parenting youths’ experiences and outcomes.
In responding to this survey, there is no need to provide any personally identifying information in your responses.
Are you aware of the resources available to all parents?


Have any of your workers (Case/County, Independent Living, Social Worker, etc.) asked if you are a parent or expecting parent?


Did they assist you with Rights or Resources?


If you are a father, do you know you have the same rights as a mother has in care?


Was your child/ren included in any of your plans (Child Permanency Plan, Transition Plan, IL Plan, etc.)?


Have you been offered parenting classes?


Have you been offered childcare assistance?
